No actual stringers on these boats, the boat has a liner that is "glued" to the hull. There is also no "chain plates" per se.
There are some brochures for some similar boats 31, 34, 37 & 40. The rod that comes through the deck is secured to a piece of angle iron that is under the interior hull (liner) that secures the upper/lower shrouds to the hull.
