What brand tv handles marine enviorment the best. will be on a 23.5 Hunter so it will take a little abuse as it is a tender boat.

Not sure brand matters much but...
When I wanted to equip Dreamboat with a TV in 2002, I was able to find a computer monitor with a TV tuner. Examples today at link below:

More importantly, the 110 cord had a converter block that converted the 110 to 12 volt. I removed the block and put an automotive 12 volt plug on the cord so that it runs directly off the 12 volt system. Have used it for 14 seasons so far with no problems.
For my particular placement I made a mount and fastened down the monitor with screws. The only thing I do special is to bring it home when the boat is
hauled out for the winter.
