I am looking for information to tune a Catalina 25 swing keel. The issue we are having is a heavy rudder. It feels like you have the intire weight of the boat on the tiller. We have checked to make sure that the rudder is all the way down and secured and it is. Are there other things we should be looking at? Dose any one have speed modafcation recommendations??
