Tuning the rig

Is it hard to tune the rig for a Hunter 28. I used to tune the rig on my SJ-21, but this look more complicated. Should I get the marina to do it? How much should it cost? Thanks Jim, DownTime

Get a book

I did it on my '81 H30 and have not had a problem yet. I bought "Riggers Apprentice" and a tension gauge and went to work. I found I had a little better performance and less weather helm. Make the adjustments a little at a time. Dan

I've Got the Book

I have the manual that came with my boat. It has a section on tuning the rig. If you have a fax I could send you a copy or if you have a postal address i can send you a copy.
