Trying to replace jam cleat

I want to replace the jib jam cleat on my H22 but I can't find one that looks like the original. Can anyone suggest a good replacement?

try their catalog, which is online too. Camcleats come in all flavors, just make sureit's small/big enough to grip your line, which is probably 3/8-inch.
