Trying to find source of leak in 23.5

Hi - I found delaminated fiberglass on bulkhead in bow (just aft of sealed flotation foam). I cut some of it away and noticed water weeping and collecting about 1". Anyone out there dealt with similar? I suspected the anchor locker but filling with water all drained ok. My next step will be putting food colored water in anchor locker and then food coloring in ballast tank. Any ideas appreciated. Would like to find source, fix and then next winter replace bulkhead. thanks!

First that is gelcoat painted on marine ply that is delaminating. If it is the forward lower bulkhead under the V berth, it will either be the rub rail but I suspect the drain hose attached to anchor locker, bow eye, forestay chain plate or bow rail bases. Suggest taking off the forward cover in the V berth.
keep us posted. Due to work, I will not be responding back for five days as I have a lot of down trees to take care of

Thanks Dave. I did take off that cover but did not see any water come in from locker. I will also look for rub rail, bases etc. Thanks.

Check the latch for the anchor locker the hole the latch slides into was a leak on my boat

Will do. I noticed that hole was kind of squishy when I was repairing the locker lid.
