Try this website. I've been thinking of changing props myself. Same boat, same engine, but I get much better speed out of my current prop then you're getting and I've got the same one. I just don't back up too well. In any event go to the website and read their literature. They've got an Extendo 15 inch prop for our engine that just might cure both of our problems.
