My M25 xp will run OK for 2 hrs, then quit. It will restart again but ofter die after that and the process keeps on that way. I'm putting in a new fuel tank, have cleaned the lines, put in new filter & fuel pump...Any other suggestions? Mike
Sounds like your vent line could be kinked or otherwise blocked. My Catalina 310 had a kinked vent line right from the factory. Try filling the tank too fast, and the fuel would spit right back at you. Good luck!

What Stu said.
I had same problem. The solution was to remove the small screen in the fuel tank pick up, and replace the electric fuel pump that was operating at about 30% capacity.
Needless to say - don't wait for it to reach a point that it does not re-start -- garranteed that will happen.
