My M25 xp will run OK for 2 hrs, then quit. It will restart again but ofter die after that and the process keeps on that way. I'm putting in a new fuel tank, have cleaned the lines, put in new filter & fuel pump...Any other suggestions? Mike

Yes, have you removed the fuel pickup screen in the tank while you were there?

Have you cleaned the filter in the bottom of the fuel pump and replumbed it so the filter is first before the fuel pump?

Have you checked the shutoff assembly and your cable?

Diesels need only two things to run: air and fuel. You have a fuel problem.

Try this resource, too: http://www.c34.org/wiki/index.php?title=Diesel_Engine

Sounds like your vent line could be kinked or otherwise blocked. My Catalina 310 had a kinked vent line right from the factory. Try filling the tank too fast, and the fuel would spit right back at you. Good luck!

What Stu said.
I had same problem. The solution was to remove the small screen in the fuel tank pick up, and replace the electric fuel pump that was operating at about 30% capacity.
Needless to say - don't wait for it to reach a point that it does not re-start -- garranteed that will happen.
