Trouble posting new topics

The site isn't posting my new topics.

But apparently this one did.

But, for some reason, I can't post in my boat's forum right now. It shows the button "Post New Topic" after I wrote the body of the message, and it thinks about it but never says "message posted".

Nope, I posted my question in another generic forum. Every time I go to the CATALINA 30 OWNERS forum and hit Post New Topic, my saved topic I started writing appears and the buttons at the bottom say "Post New Topic", "Upload a File", and "Preview". Preview works, but anytime I click Post New Topic, it thinks about it but never posts.
I even tried changing the subject, and the body and it still doesn't work. Only within that forum though.
