EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE TRI DATA .POWER IS ON BUT DOESN'T REACH UNIT.

Check connectors

Not much to go on here. New unit or old? Did it used to work? Any recent changes or additions? Most of the time, problems turn out to be bad connectors. Check the ground lead in particular. Also, try calling Raytheon. I've experienced and heard only good things about their support.

Connector

Had this problem on our 29.5 and it was the connector right by the instrument. There's a lot of screws to remove to get to it.
