I believe that the installation

is done with epoxy, if that is any help.

Heat

Heat will soften many adhesives : I've never tried it, but you could easily rig up a stand or bracket for a heat-lamp bulb that would hold the lamp at a fixed level above the surface and pull the Treadmaster upward as the adhesive softens, perhaps using a putty knife to hasten the process, and sliding the lamp along as you go. Trial & error, and be careful not to allow so much heat to build up that you cook the laminate underneath or you'll create a much bigger problem. Of course there will be some adhesive residue on the surface after the Treadmaster is peeled away and dealing with that may be another issue entirely. flame is another option, but that's kindof brutal and the risk of cooking/blistering the laminate is probably greater, not to mention the risk of starting a fire. Do some tests first. Maybe get some product information from Treadmaster.

Cut it up

We took some TM up with a 1" putty knife we cut it in strips with a razer knife about 1 1/2 " wide then peeled it with a heet gun.The glue was ground off. John
