Traveler rebedding

While I was installing my dual traveler sheeting I noticed what looks like a leak around the starboard bolts for the traveler underneath the cockpit seat where it connects. Does any one know how to remove the traveler so that I can rebed it? There are four bolts on each side down below, but as you'll see in this picture there aren't any showing on the top of the traveler except for the end cap screws. Are those extruding down below fixed in the traveler or does the track come apart some way or another to get to the top of the bolts. I'd assume to rebed one side I actually need to do both? Does any one know how the Traveler is attached? Thanks!

Each of the traveler pieces are through-bolted with the nuts underneath. You will probably need to remove the wooden cabin bulkheads (screws are easily accessible from the cabin).

The traveler extrusion should capture the heads of the bolts and keep them hidden from the top view.
