I was in the process of replacing the lines for the traveler and noticed a black rubber (spacer?) that is sticking out some. I am assuming that it helps keep the traveler car vertical. I tried to push back in - but difficult being up on the arch..

Will the piece simply push back in if I can get enough leverage? I am thinking of bringing a big C clamp and force it back in, assuming that is where it should be.

It doesn't seem to be out of place. Do you find similar protusion on the other end?

No - no protrusion on other side..

I sent an email with pictures to Harken and they responded that "Yes, you should be able to just push it back into position" So, I will bring my C clamp and get it back into position. Thanks for reply. . .
