New purchase, 28 ft O'Day, 1983, the bolts/screws are loose on the starboard side of traveler. I would like to re-bed and tighten the track. I am confused if the track is held in by bolts or screws??? Should I use 4000 or 5200 to seal? Bolt/screw size, ?, and can I buy them anywhere that sells stainless steel?

I would recommend using butyl tape, and under no circumstances would I use 5200. That stuff will ruin your day the first time you need to remove it. The traveller should be through bolted, using good quality fastners. On my 35, the traveller was mounted to a non-cored section of the cabin top, so rebedding was easy and did not require any re-drilling, just using some butyl tape (purchased from Maine Sail on this site, just look for one of his posts and click on his name, the info will be there) and then tightening it down. The end caps on my traveller were only screwed in place and had worked loose so again it was easy to rebed and tighten down.
