Transom repair O'day 22

Hello everyone!
I have lots of stress crack all over the deck that I'll be repairing over time. On the transom are what I thought were 5 random holes in no specific pattern. Upon closer inspection I see that one hole may be random and four of the holes are threaded. Does anyone have a theory of what this could be?

Don't really have enough info on what is there and what isn't, so I'm guessing:
1) outboard motor bracket
2) some kind of swim ladder mount

My Mariner has fold down swim ladder on port side, and outboard bracket on starboard side. Kind of surprising your stern light is that far off center. Mine is off center but up on top of the transom.

Make sure the middle of your transom doesnt have a wet core since you're boat has exposed holes
