Thanks for the post. My board between the two stern lockers rotted away as well. I am going to check out the joint.

You did a great job for other 410 owners to learn from,my 07 H-36 has not needed any repairs but have added some nice solar panels mounted off the stainless arch with the cables nicely hidden in the arch and had a 4200 FP and 2500 inverter/charger installed at the factory.
have added a dripless shaft seal and wash down in bow and also ran a line at the stern which comes in real handy,I did add dinghy davits and manyother options were also added at the factory.
I will be adding below deck linear 1 auto and have changed to all led lights and just orded led anchor bulb,just recently added bow sprit and spinnaker furling and hope to use it when I return home in Sept.
Some day I would like to have a blog like you,I wish we had a 410 but our H-36 is just right for us.
