Transom ladder and blower 92 cat 34

I am looking to convert on 1992 catalina 34 transom ladder to a swing gate
Saw some references but no exact plans
Also my blower is non functional how to access seems may be buried on port side behind engine panel and gas tank

I don't recall a swing gate, but you can ask over there.

Yes, the blower is buried where you describe it. Best access is from the lazarette. I haven't used my blower since I bought our boat in 1998.
