Transom angle 272 I'm hoping any one of you owners can answer this. I just installed a new motor and bracket only to find that I need to make a transom wedge. I live in Memphis but sail out of Pensacola. I forgot to measure the transom angle before I left for home. I would like to make it at home and take it on my next trip down there. Any help would really be appreciated. I'm guessing 12 degrees but could be way off the mark. If you don't have the correct equipment just the distance out on a 9 inch wedge to make it vertical would suffice. Thanks in advance Stephen

Oday 25 Sardis Lake, MS
Don't know the angle but

I did notice you had moved your boat from Sardis. I was starting to get excited - there is an O'Day 23 in the marina now. With my 25 we would have had a good representation. Are you leaving your boat on the trailer in FL? Scott s/v Moonraker

Blue vs brown

Put the "Celt" in Seville Harbour. It is a 6 hour 15 minute drive door to dock from Collierville using 45 from Tupelo (secret route it seems as it is empty doing 6 over the speed limit). Will never sail lakes again. Cheap fresh oysters and that smell. Drinking a cold beer near a pelican and all that jazz. Wind, wind, wind. Wife is ok with me missing a weekend every three weeks or so. No shortage of crew now--go figure. Trailer sitting on the sidelines waiting for the big H. I'll write an Irish ballad about driving into the hurricane to save the "Celt" so keep watching Later with Jools Holland or MTV or Fox 13 for that story. Later Stephen
