I need some information on how to get my boat back to Colorado over the road. I had it towed down to Tampa Bay last fall and sailed to the Keys. The person who towed it staying in Fla., so I need some info on boat towing companies or individuals in that type of business. Thanks Joe

Buy a trailer

Seems to me that you could probably buy a trailer and do it yourself for what you will pay a hauler to do it. If a tow vehicle is the problem, those can be rented too.

Boat Hauler

If you don't want to haul yourself, check www.boattranport.com. Fill in the information and you will get back a quote in a day. Then you can decide whether you want to do it yourself. I'd like to know more about your sail to the Keys. Contact me at chocho41@aol.com

Transports the way

Joe, I towed my boat from Texas to NC and then had it freighted back. Freight is expensive, but cost can be reduced if combined with another boat. Transporters do this all the time. They picked up the 23.5 trailer and all and placed it on the truck. If you don't have the time or desire to tow this is a good option. I couldn't find anyone that would tow the 23.5 on my trailer. Good luck
