Trailering Advise Needed

Now, for my inquiry. I am searching for those ball-type swivel bunk brackets. My trailer bunks are 14' treated 2X6 boards, covered in a cheap bunk carpet that seems to have no UV resistance, because the carpet nap becomes sticky, and the black dye seems to transfer to fingertips rather easily. I bought the "bunk carpet online. It's the type with the little raised ribs in the nap, running lengthwise.
Does anyone know of a source for those swivel-ball type bunk brackets that I see on trailers and stationary stands in my marina?

OK... I confess that I didn't read the whole thread. Otherwise, I could have saved a lot of typing, and I would have not needed to waste all of those syllables.

Now that you know how absent-minded I might be, someone PLEEEZE welcome me to the group, or boot me out. But I do still need to know where I might find those ball-swivel bunk brackets.

(Hopefully no wasted syllables in this post)

Hello @Aarrrgh!

Welcome!

@Sledge62 has already become a seasoned forum navigator and he have you good advice. Best to start a new thread. Many people have probably stopped reading this one because the issues have been addressed already.

... and you might try calling or emailing these guys for trailer parts...

Thanks, guys, for the links. After a closer look at boat stands and trailers in my marina, I realize that what I expected were ball swivels are simply swivel brackets. And, from advice from others, if I continue to seek bunk advise, I will start a new thread. And, Sledge, I'll be interested to learn that you may have found the resting/transport "knobs" on the tiller side of your motor. Adios!
