Hi,
If you have checked all the skin fittings, the first item I would suspect is the drain plug in the bilge sump. It is merely a bronze fitting glassed into the laminate. After that I would check for leakage around the bronze rudder tube and the shaft log both of which are laminated into the hull. The bond between these fittings and the surrounding glass can let go and leak water start leaking inside the boat. None are that hard to repair but they are best done with the boat in dry dock.
