What is the average setup time for the H 19? (I posted this question in the wrong place previously)

H19 rigging time

With 2 people you should be able to get the rig and launch procedures down to around 30 minutes max. 45-60 minutes with 1 person. Of course this assumes you leave the shrouds attached and the mainsail on the boom (tho' not on the mast). I can rig mine alone (however I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs) in about an hour. This is from winter storage mode to ready to launch.
