I just put a trailer together for my capri 22 fin. Modified an existing trailer. If you want numbers I can email them to you. Trailer has 6 fixed pads.
I built a trailer from scratch using Doug Foxes drawings. Works very well. Total cost was around $1200 which included $600 welding cost. The axles etc. can be aquired from Southwest Wheels they have a complete kit for around $300.
