trailer
I assume you have built trailers in the past. YOu will need a minimum of 6 screw post stands and a front stand as well. YOu will need an extra long tonge extension and make sure you have a two wheel trailer tonge jack. I suggest brakes on both trailer axles. You may want to consider bunk boards versus the stands and there are new materials for the bunk boards versus the carpet to allow the hull to slide smoother but make sure you are strapped down very well. If launching into salt water consider the axle wash outs. One other thing, make sure the trailer has a substantial keel tray to carry the weight of the boat. On tongue weight at the tonge consider 10% of the load when fitting the trailer to the boat. Two things to consider are the ramps and you will need a crane to raise/lower the mast safelyy. I have logged the most time trailering and launching the Hunter 27 87-93 model than anyone in the country so if you need any other info. just post it on the trailerable section asking for crazy Dave
