I have just bought a Oday 27LE in Chicago and need to bring it back to MN. Does anyone know of a used trailer foresale that could be used for that boat? I have sent out for a bid from Loadmaster Trailer Company. Does anyone have experience with Company or any other trailer company? What are the pro's and con's on having rollers, pads or bunks on the trailer? I'm leaning towards having a trailer with bunks, so there is more support under the boat. Any thoughts that you may have on this matter would be appreciated. The boats draft is 2'-11" Thanks

Loadmaster Trailer

Doug, I purchase an O'day 272LE that was on a cradle, so I bought a Loadmaster trailer this spring. They have plans specific to our boat and I was very pleased with the trailer. IMO bunks are the way to go in order to support the hull properly. With a boat the size of a 272LE you are better off floating the boat off the trailer, so rollers really wouldn't be an advantage. The price for my trailer was high, $5600.00 but the construction was solid and first rate.
