You know the beam requires

permits. The guy that bought my last boat build a trailor from a flat bed. You know you not going to be able to use a ramp TO LOAD THE BOAT?

You can load a boat from a ramp

I have a Hunter 34 and I do load and launch it with my trailer. It can be hauled after loading without repacking the wheel bearings. The trailer was built by loadmaster and was designed for wetlaunching. It does take someone with sense and knowlege to do it though. Tim Welsh

Ramp

Depending on the ramp (and trailer), you can both load and launch from it. I have a C320 that did both from a ramp.
