I'm in the market for a 1980's Catalina 25 - seems like a good combination of size and trailerability for this time in my life (my kids are 3 and 5) and there seem to be plenty out there w/in my budget. However, many seem to be for sale sans trailer (or the trailer pictured looks ready for the dump). If I decide to go w/a trailerless Cat 25, should I just get one built? And if so, by whom? Are there rebuilt trailers out there? Do I go ahead and take the Sanford and Son trailer and have it rebuilt myself? Please help me break this code.
