I am selling my 26' boat with a trailer that does not have any type of brakes. Can anyone give me real quick a ballpark figure I can tell the buyer what it will cost him to have surge brakes installed.

Parts for mine were $426.87 I installed myself. It is not a hard job. I put in disk brakes; drum type may be a bit less. Do a search on the web and you can get the whole deal quoted from someone in your area.
