Track Mount Cleat

An item I want to add to my boat is a Track Mount Cleat. I don't have a mid-ship cleat for tieing off a spring-line. I don't know what size I need. They come in two sizes: 1"x 1/8" and 1-1/4"x3/16" Who knows what size I need? My boat (1997 Catalina 34 MKII) is covered up and on her cradel for the winter, very hard to get to and very cold. on our Mk I. Would be interesting to know if it changed on the MkIIs. Also see www.c34.org and the Message Board on the forum for a great place for questions & answers about C34s.
