Tow Vehicle

I just bought a Sirius in MI and towed it back to Ontario with a borrowed van. I have a 2L Jetta that I've been towing a Sandpiper 565 with (1,900 lbs no brakes) -
Anyone using a car instead of an SUV or truck as a Sirius tow vehicle.. My Sirius came on a trailer with surge brakes. Tongue weight is about 125lbs.

Jetta 2L as tow vehicle

I towed my Sirius about 80km with my 2000 Jetta 2L automatic. It worked well. Kept a steady 100km (60mph). The temperature was 65F and had no change in normal engine temp at all.
