tow question

wondering here as when we sail our 23.5 we have always put the kayak in the cabin until we get to where were going have any of you tow your kayak behind your boat while under sail/motor? curious as to if it works or does it become a hassle ? dont want a sea anchor while underway and not enough deck space tp lash it on top of the boat

I sail with two of them

Bad, they tow very well if you adjust the painter so that they are riding the crest and not diving into the trough.
