Got a used 9.9 hp Mercury outboard for my tender. Cleaned the carb, put in fresh gas, cleaned all fuel lines, and checked the plugs for sparks. Yet, after putting my shoulder back in its socket, the question still remains on how to get the engine started quicker/easier. Oddly enough, it seems I spend more time on my diesel and outboards then tending my rig!
