A plea for facebook likes. for my brother's BBQ sauce.
He's been making homemade BBQ sauce since I can remember. And it's pretty amazing stuff. After retiring from "Big telecom" a couple years back, he decided to market and sell it. It's been a long and apparently frustratingly expensive road, but he's now just starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. His sauce, Carolina Pig Polish, is locally made in Western NC from locally sourced Sorghum rather than molasses, and a proprietary blend of spices which gives it a complexity of flavor that's been likened to a fine red wine. He also won best Eastern Carolina Sweet style Sauce at the NC Hot sauce and BBQ Sauce Festival in Oxford, NC this year.
Anyway, I'm not advertising the stuff, just bragging on my brother and maybe asking anyone who's so inclined to follow the link and give him a "like" on facebook.

(this really isn't spam, I'm a forum member with a Cat 22 in Maryland, just trying to get the word out for my brother.)

Thanks, and if this is stepping over any lines, please delete it immediately.

Salivating. It worked.
I tried to volunteer my labor at a local rib festival when I first got a charcoal smoker/ grill. Ended up working for 2 different rib company's over 2 years. All I wanted to do was learn how they did it. Did I learn ALLOT!
That looks great. And no molasis. Mmmm.
Not a big fan of processed sugars.

I don't do facebook either, but would like to try it. I smoked two butts over the weekend and love trying/making new sauces. Can you share a web address or contact info for ordering?
