I’m looking for a complete index of torque specs for this engine. Specifically the fuel input and output nuts at the fuel injectors. For that matter, I’d like it for the fuel supply line attachment and air filter body. Call me OCD, but this engine seems solid and I’d hate to cause problems down the road by over or under tightening a bolt or nut.

PM me your email address and I'll send you the shop manual for your motor.

I kind of thought you go by the torque spec for the nut size. Am I mistaken? It seemed to me that specs I looked at for the engine coincided with the nut size specs. If there are any that the shop manual don't define, I would go to a table for the nut sizes.

That looks like a Yanmar GM series, the manual is the guide but it's not going to say anything about the injector fuel inlet because you can't get a torque wrench on it, I looked and it just says tighten. When I reassembled I just tightened my with and open end wrench and checked for leaks.

Just as a FYI - You could use what's called a "Crows Foot Torque Wrench" - that does allow you to measure torque on nuts like those...

Not sure if you have received the manual from dlochner yet, but I was on my boat this morning and looked through my manual for you. Here is the page that ”mentions” torgue procedures from your Yanmar 3GM30F.
Hope this helps.
Very helpful, thanks!
