Torque spec
My C 30 had 1" keel bolts and they needed 100 f/p of torque Nora from C/Y told me that there was no need to reach 100 lbs as long as they where the same torque I reached about 92 lbs and started runing the bolts down from the center in a X patern like tire lugs you should use some 4200 under the washers and aroung the keel bolts to stop water from leaking from the bilge into the wooden keelstub .I would not worry about the torque on the bolts I would watch the glass around the bolts for stress and sinking. The wood around some of the bolts mite be rotten.I replaced my keel stub last year when i cut it out it was looking ok ,it was wet but only a few bolts had rotted to the point of not holding the bolt pressurer . my keelstub was a teak board 1 1/2" thick and very storng when wet. Some of the early catalina keelstubs where made of plywood and when wet they turn to a nasty goooo.
