Now that the season is over and there are still a few days left before snow, I was thinking of giving the topside a good coat of wax. The H27 is a 1983, so it has some oxide on the surface, which I will remove. What is everyones opinion on the best wax that will last. Thanks for your opinions.

not wax

Don't use wax, go with poly glow it has a cleaner to remove oxidation and dirt and works very well. Buy the kit and get everything you need. and no i don't work for them just a great product. See link below just did mine and it looks great. mine is a 1985 and the gelcoat looks wet shiny. Jim

Poli-Glow

I just coated the topsides of my 84 H31 with Poli-Glow and it looks great!! The kit comes with cleaner for the oxidation and a top coat which you apply six coats(It takes only a minute drying between coats so it goes on fast). The best way I can describe the product is it is like Mop & Glow for fiberglass. You can buy Poli-Glow off the internet.
