Hello all, I still havent given up my dream of getting my pole up and looking at lines for the topping lift, anyone know what dimensions I should use there ? I would like to go as small as possible but also considered the idea of replacing a halyard (main or jib) and use that line for the toppinglift. Also I'm thinking of taking off the bungee cord/cable where the toppinglift goes and just attach it to the end where there is a eye on top and bottom (topping and downhaul). I think that would make the pole easier to store and handle, anyone have an opinion as to the need for the cable ? thanks ! Gaute
