Took the wife moon light sailing last night

This and the desire to sleep on the boat are the reasons I'm pulling the mast and placing a steaming light. I really want to be able to go out in the evening. I will remember your pictures as I'm swearing and cussing trying to pull a wire up the mast in the cold of winter. It is good to have motivation. Cant wait till next summer. Happy sailing to all

I will be pulling a new antenna cable through my mast this winter, so I will be cussing right along with you.

I envy you sailors down south,this time of the year cool breezes and a harvest moon. Oh well we pulled the boat last week, winerized and covered it for another six months. My wife and I would go moon sailing even when there wasn't the full moon. this summer I sailed alot at nite, its just great to be alone on the water and see all the stars above. Happy fall sailing

i love night passages in moon filled nights with stars and alladat-- thi snice harvest moon woulda been a lovely passages making time...i got these pix from inside sin diego nbay , near coronado bridge...

I wish I could get the moonlight reflecting off the water. Next full moon I am taking my wife's Rebel Canon film camera. I can probably do a longer exposure and allow more light to get on the film.
