Tongue Weight of a '93 Hunter 23.5 on a trailer

Anybody have an idea what the tongue weight of a '93 Hunter 23.5 dry is? I have to replace the trailer jack and need to know how much weight I need to lift for the trailer to raise high enough to connect to my truck. Thanks in advance.

TONGUE WEIGHT

I have a 93 23.5 also. I don't have any exact numbers, but I think a 600 pound jack would do. If you think this is too light, get a 800 pounder. Good luck

My...or rather my boat's tongue weight

After much adjusting of axle and winch positions I have 325 lbs on the tongue of my 1994 23.5. That is with the 9.9 Honda mounted.Alan Long

Pretty much most tongue jacks will handle the boat. Suggest the swing a way and it is adequate. Crazy dave

Original on Mine

The original jack on my '93 trailer is rated for 800 lbs. I nne dto replace it since it is starting to bind. Bass Pro had replacements for around $35.
