My2000 Hunter 460 vacuum Toilet keeps cycling. What does this mean? Do I have a leak? Has anyone else have this problem.

Assuming that your toilet is a VacuFlush...

There are a couple of possibilities. Does the bowl hold water? How often does the pump cycle...for how long?

I'm glad to help you solve this problem...but you NEED an owners manual, 'cuz it includes just about every possible symptom, probable causes and cures that a VacuFlush can develop...and the good news is, it doesn't matter whether the manual is for a new toilet or one that's 30 years old...'cuz except for cosmetics, the V/Flush hasn't changed enough to notice since it was introduced in the '70s. So call SeaLand in the morning and ask 'em for two things--an owners' manual and 4 duckbill valves...'cuz if the bowl holds water, worn out duckbills in the vacuum pump are most likely the reason your pump cycles for no reason. But whether that IS the reason for your problem, if its been more than two years since the duckbills were changed, they need it anyway. SeaLand's phone is 800-321-9886. If the bowl doesn't hold water, you prob'ly need something called a "Ball Shaft and Cartridge Kit"...which isn't nearly as a mind-boggling as it sounds.

I suggest you take the time to learn how your toilet actually works instead of just "step on the pedal"...'cuz that's not really all there is to it...and knowing how it actually works will teach you the rest of what you need to know to prevent future problems and save you a lot of future aggravation.
