Does anyone know here I can get a new toilet seat for a Jabsco toilet. All I need is the seat part w/ cover. Dimensions are 13" L w/ 8.5" ID open area. Center line of securing bolt holes are 5.75"

Thanks

Need more info...

Both the standard ("compact") bowl and the household ("highboy") bowl are approx 13" front the back...check your seat against the dimensions on the last page of the Jabsco manual toilet instructions here:
http://www.ittflowcontrol.com//files/29090_29120_toilets_0406_data_sheet.pdf

If yours is the larger size, you can find replacements that fit at Home Depot or Lowes...but if it's the smaller compact size, they're only available from marine retailers or direct from Jabsco. However, unless something has changed drastically in last couple of months, you don't have to go all the way to Jabsco in the UK...their customer service dept is in MA...you can reach them at 978 281 0440.

Kloudie, I don't see any dimensions on the Walmart seats...so how do you know it fits a the smaller COMPACT marine toilet bowl? The small round seats at Lowes etc--and obviously Walmart too--fit the larger household bowls, but I've never found one that'll fit the small compact bowl.

'Twould be great if it does, especially for the price compared to prices from marine sources. Walmart' has an excellent return policy, so it's certainly worth a try to find out.

What I Did

Check e-bay for marine / RV seats. Someone usually has a supply or a few new ones sitting around t sell. I purchased several over the years for very good prices. I currently use a small standard wood-composite one from Lowes. The seat will work IF you turn the hinges around. I think the seats were around $15. See here:
