I bought new 310 in 1999 and it had a bad squeak from pump, no matter how much baby oil i put down there. Contacted Jabsco UK and they replaced the whole unit FOC in 24 hours, as they knew of a problem in USA supplied pumps in 1999. May be a help to you squeakers out there!
