Possible hidden damage
If the toe rail is damaged, then it must have taken quite a hit. Make sure it gets surveyed. Hulls can be hit and can spring back into shape sheilding evidence of damage, but there can be some hidden damage down below to bulkheads or fixed objects such as chainplates, cabinet anchors, decking, etc. Be sure to check it out.
