Toe Rail Covers

I am thinking of this, especially if I make big investment in time and money on the finish.

While not in New England, there is a guy at my marina here who glued Sunbrella to the appropriate length split foam pipe insulation which adheres nicely to his teak rails. I'll try to remember to get a picture and send it to you.

That's a great idea! I wonder if it will stay put in heavy wind. Also, is it tough to store on board?
