May I make a suggestion?
Gordon is answering a high volume a posts each day. Many require research, or perhaps an inquiry to Yanmar, as yours probably did. You may get a better response by assuming Gordon simply missed your post, or has not yet found an answer. Assuming he intentionally ignored it serves no purpose other than to antagonize Gordon, which truly serves no purpose. A more appropriate response might be to re-post your question with a reminder that it is still unanswered.

When I got this job I got the title of Moderator. This as opposed to Answer Man. I try to look in on all the posts and hope that the replies from all over cover the required answers. If I see a post with 0 replies I might take a closer look. Phil Herring's reply to this post covers a whole lot of what is happening. I try to give the impression that I am all knowing but sometimes have to do some research and iron out occasional contradictions from available resources. Please also recognize that in this cold Michigan clime, the proverbial fan has been turned on.
