Hi Dave, Yes I did receive your reply last week. However your original message suggested having the supports 3" from transon and 3" in front of mast. When we measured it sounded like the hull needed supporting at the 2" mark, and that was you suggestion last. So I think we just may have it right now. We'll see. Also, regarding the mast coming down, the boat is being trailered home and last I knew, our bridges are just too high to zip under. That's why all the concern about the cradle, too. I'm having a utility trailer and cradle made and am really concerned about having it travel on the highway. Probably since I own a trucking company, I get abnormally concerned about securement, safety, liability. Sorry I didn't make my situation clear before. But now that you know I'm puting it on the road, any further advice would be welcomed. Thanks so much for your time. Deb
