To All My Fellow Vegans In The UK

I found this link in the recent Good Old Boat magazine. If you're from Brighton, you may not agree with all the commentary. It doesn't have much to do with our Vega, but it is a fun watch on a cold, snowy, midwestern US night. I've only made it through 6 chapters.

Here is the link. I apologize in advance to anyone that might be offended.

I hope everyone finds this as entertaining as I am finding it.

Dylan Winter is a neighbour of mine and I've been following his potential circumnavigation of the UK with interest. He has over 40 episodes up now and although I've sailed my vega into most of the areas described (and run aground in several of them) I have not explored them in the way he does. Last November he gave a most interesting talk on his trip so far to our local dinghy sailing club.

Fantastic voyage .... I'm up to #35. I understand Dylan is a BBC cameraman. He has a really professional narration, and the video is excellent, a real boats-eye-view of the English coastal estuaries.

It's a real eye-opener seeing how sailors in the Fair Isles take for granted the necessity of running aground, and moorings that "dry out".The first episode is at
Good stuff!
