Tips for Combi Repair?

Fellow Vegans,

I was wondering if I could get a few tips or tricks from people who
have redone their combi unit. I need to replace one blade of the
propeller and will be replacing the control tube, as well as put in a
new stern bearing from VAGB.
I have about 6 hours to do this, since I am hauling the boat out just
for this.

Hi Cedric

If you do it in 6 hours then I will be very impressed if you have never
done it before. I managed it on a tide once with the help of Roger Evill
who has done loads of these in the UK (he is the combi guru).

I would get your vega out on the hard and then take your time.
