time estimates for cleaning boat

Hello,I am looking for some time estimates for washing / waxing / other type work on the hull of a boat. For a 28' boat, how long does it take you do wash it? wax it? compound it? apply "poly glow" or something else like that on the HULL, above the bottom paint?What about the deck?Thanks!Barry

On my 25 footer...

Took me about 1.5 hours to throroughly clean (first time in about 8 years) including a good pressure washing and scrubbing with the Poli Prep, and about 3 hours to apply six coats of Poli Glo as per the instructions on the package. For your 28 footer, this would extrapolate to a little over 5 hours work for the whole process, I would think. The results were phenomenal! Poli Glo HIGHLY recommended.

Depends on oxidation....

My 30 year old Catalina 22 took 2, 8 hour days.I compounded first, then 3 coats of marine wax.Most people can't believe she's 30...

My son and I used poli-prep and Poli-Glow to clean and shine my 28.5' Beneteau in one pretty full day. It would have gone considerably faster if I'd had a second applicator for the Poli-Glow.We did only the hull, not any decks-yet because I can do that at my leisure with the boat in the water.
