Tiller to Wheel Steering conversion

I am considering the purchase of a 1983 Cat 27 w/ inboard eng. and tiller steering, I would want to convert to wheel steering. Can anyone advise me w/ approx cost of material, if it's a dyi project, I am capable if any dyi's are, and where I would find used or new equip for this.

This is a place you can start at. I bought my 27 used. I have edison steering which I beleve was factory installed. Good luck
